Are you satisfied with your Internet Plans?

Hello Everyone,

I am Shirley and I am new here.
I am interested in about how everyone uses their home Internet.
I come from a country there Internet service plans only have download speed limit but no download limit, and looks like everybody are happy about that.
However, in Australia, all the Internet services are capped with download limit, and seems like a lot of users are not quite happy about what they got.
This leads me to ask why Australian ISPs want to control their Internet and their users in this way?

I plan to do a study about the relationship between Internet services and User download behavior in Australia.
